gelatops ("the Service") is operated by I&S Lyckebo AB, a company registered in Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

1. The Service is under development

gelatops is new and under active development. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

2. Free use, no liability

The Service is currently provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. You use gelatops at your own risk. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

3. Your data stays yours

Your recipes and business data belong to you. We use the data you enter solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. We take reasonable measures to keep it secure. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time at hello@gelatops.com.

4. Fair use

Please don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Changes

As the product evolves we may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
